God's Way Of Love, Ltd was an organisation, incorporated by Mary and I, in January 2011, and it was closed down on 28th December 2012. It was a normal company limited by guarantee incorporated under federal legislation in Australia. The constitution of the corporation was made available to the public.

For the purposes of the incorporation, Mary and I were the founding members of the organisation. Although we originally thought to apply for non-profit status for the organisation, which is a process in Australia that takes a few months to complete, we decided to run the company as a normal company but expose the accounts of the organisation to the public. Under the terms of its constitution, the organisation had no employees, no paid directors, earned all income from donations, and disbursed the income to any project that was in harmony with the constitution.

The God's Way Of Love constitution was very firm about all its members, directors, volunteers, and objectives remaining in harmony with God's Way Of Love, and the principles of Divine Truth. No person within the organisation could be paid a wage, or earn an income from the organisation. All donations received by the organisation would go towards furthering the objectives of the God's Way Of Love organisation.

The God's Way Of Love organisation had purchased a few assets, but by the time of closure, had gifted these assets to people and organisations which had similar ideals to the God's Way Of Love organisation. At the time of closure, assets were less than $1,000. Contrary to media reports and general public opinion, the God's Way Of Love organisation did not own any property or land, and, under changes outlined by me in a talk in October 2011, the organisation could only receive land donated to it from deceased estates, and refused the donation of land from persons living.

The God's Way Of Love organisation required owners of property to retain the ownership of the property, and the organisation just created projects to help the owners of the land to operate in more harmony with the principles of Love and Truth that Mary and I teach, and these projects were supported by many volunteers. We called these propoerties that we had a role assisting "Learning Centres"; the projects "Learning Projects"; and the teams of volunteers were called "Learning Teams". The God's Way of Love organisation worked with owners of businesses and property to help those owners bring their own business or property into harmony with Love, but we were not interested in managing businesses or properties ourselves.

There were four Directors for the organisation that had been appointed. These were; myself, Mary, and Angela and Robert Griffiths. We expected in time that more Directors and Members would be appointed. Mary and I began to prepare groups of people for the work that would eventually occur in the future within the God's Way Of Love organisation. We were setting up God's Way Of Love Learning Teams, Learning Projects, and outlining directions for Learning Centres, which are all defined within the constitution of the organisation.

Large amounts of material were produced from these Learning Centres, Projects and Teams, and is still being produced. This material is available in the following locations:

Since the Learning Centres were completely autonomous entities, and most of the Learning Projects were developed and delivered on the Learning Centres, we expect that the owners of the Learning Centres will continue to run these centres in harmony with the principles that myself and Mary have taught. In addition, if those owners still want Mary and I to provide mentoring to the owners and project managers, Mary and I are still very keen to do this. We expect that the Learning Centres will develop their own projects in harmony with the general principles that would continue to guide Learning Centres, and that there will be very many enthusiastic volunteers and other organisations who wish to help them achieve their goals.

Mary and I expect to talk to all of the Learning Centre owners over the 2012 holiday period, so that we have a clear outline from them as to what they wish to continue doing. At this stage we know that the Learning Centres in Australia desire to continue operating as normal, and providing projects and developing leaders for those projects. They are also keen to continue getting assistance from Mary and myself, which we will continue to offer.

Monthly projects are currently being developed for the next year for both the Kentucky NSW and Wilkesdale QLD Learning Centres. I am also assisting each Learning Centre to setup their own blogs, which we hope to have operational shortly. These blogs will inform the public about the projects that are in development, along with providing more information about past and future projects. We will also list these projects on the What's New page of our own website. In addition, the God's Way Of Love YouTube Channel will continue operating, and will continue to be updated as new material is produced. However, the God's Way Of Love organisation will no longer produce the information presented, since this will be done by the Learning Centres themselves (if they desire).

On 14th December 2012, the directors met and decided to close down the God's Way Of Love organisation. There were many reasons for closing down the organisation, and these were discussed in public at a presentation given on 15th December 2012. At the time of writing this message, we have not yet edited the video footage regarding the discussion, but the audio is currently available.
